Posting your jobs on social media networks and popular job boards is a quick and easy way to share exciting opportunities.

Share a Job on Social Networks
The power of social media is undeniable, as job seekers everywhere use their social accounts to look for new roles, whether that's through active search, networking, or passive awareness. Loxo makes it easy to promote your jobs across various social networks in a few simple steps.
Before you can post a job on social networks, the job needs to have the Job Board Publishing feature enabled. You can read more about editing a job to enable this setting here.
Once a job has Job Board Publishing enabled, you can access the public job posting to share the role. To do so:
Open the job you want to share.
Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Share public job post link" or Navigate to your Loxo Careers Page.
The public job posting includes social icons for many popular social sites. You can click the + button to show a wider list.
Click the site on which you want to share the job and follow the prompts to share in a post, as a private message, etc. Loxo currently offers quick share functionality on multiple social media sites such as Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn*, and Pinterest. You may need to create an account to post to the listed sites if you are not already an active member.
You can also copy your public job post link to share your Job Listing with people via a direct message.

Post to Job Boards
The job board industry has made some major changes recently. Please check with each job board site or the Loxo Support Team to make sure you're able to post directly to their sites.
Job Board Setup
Before you can post jobs to job boards, an admin in your account needs to enable the job boards as Sources. The steps below outline how you can ensure your account settings are ready to post to job boards.
Note: To adjust job board settings, you need to be an admin in your account.
Navigate to your Settings and select Sources.
You will see a list of the different job boards and sources through which you can share your job postings.
Ensure that any of the job boards you want to post to are toggled ON, and then click Save. Some integrations use a multi-source feed to automatically pull your active and published jobs from Loxo. These will have a "Publish" toggle that you can turn ON to add your jobs to the multi-source feed.
Other job boards can be connected directly through Settings > Integrations. For integrations connected here, you'll see the option to post published jobs through those platforms directly from the job pipeline, by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the page.
Some integrations may use Loxo's Open API. For these, account admins can generate and issue bearer tokens or API Keys and connect directly through those platforms.
Post to Job Boards
Once an admin enables the job boards for the account, any team member can choose to publish their active and published roles to the integrated job boards.
When a new job is created or an existing job is ready to be posted, simply enable Job Board Publishing for the role. You will see your new listing added to your Loxo Careers Page immediately. Depending on the external job board, you can expect to see your postings anywhere from within a couple of hours to the next day.
Note: Most job boards require a location to be filled out, along with the job's description. If the location is flexible (such as remote positions), start by selecting the country. Adding a city/state is helpful and may be required by some job boards.

For some integrations, Loxo creates an XML feed that pushes all of your active and published jobs from Loxo to the designated job boards. To get this published, you must reach out to a representative at the job board, such as Glassdoor, and give them your agency's XML feed. Chat with our Support Team to request your XML feed from Loxo!
You can currently choose to post to ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, and/or Simply Hired using XML Feeds. Please note that posting to CareerBuilder is only possible if you currently have or if you purchase job posting credits directly from CareerBuilder.
Other job board integrations can be set up by an account admin. For a list of our native job board integrations, please navigate to Settings > Integrations. Some of these integrations, such as Monster, allow you to post specific jobs to their platforms. You can find this option by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of a job. Posting options will be available along with your public job posting URL.
If there are other job boards you want to post to, you may be able to integrate with them using our Open API by entering an API Key and your Loxo Agency Slug.
